Massdrop, a well-known order shopping website, has filtered this declaration from its source on Nvidia.
Massdrop, for those who do not know it, is an online shopping website for mass orders, when many users request a product from the web, the page negotiates with manufacturers and suppliers and thus make that product cheaper for buyers (Hence its name), for that reason it suits them to maintain a good relationship with the different companies and try to have contact with them. So the leaks given by the contacts on the page should be very reliable.
So, the page has been trying for some time to offer a remittance of the graphics of the American company for a few months. However, his contacts in the company have not brought good news with him. According to one of its main internal sources, Massdrop warns that Nvidia does not expect to see declines in the price of GPUs until, at least, summer of this year.
This, as many of you already know, has its origin in two events: the scarcity of memories, which makes production more expensive and lower, and the struggle between miners and players for the same product. The first of the problems could see a possible solution throughout this year, when the agreements of collaboration and intervention of large companies with the Chinese government take effect, while the second still does not know how it will unfold.
But from TechLinkn we do not want to be birds of ill omen, and the fact that Nvidia of a margin so concrete to wait to see descents is because from the company they believe it, either by analysis of the market or by possible maneuvers to be taken by the company, as it could be some announcement or similar on the part of the giant of the graphics.
Once again, we have to wait patiently, something that, fortunately, PC players have learned to do for a long time, especially with a hardware market as revolutionized as there is currently.
